Description

Drizzle White Raw Honey is a light, delicate honey with a buttery texture and one ingredient on the label: raw honey.

The bees work clover, thistle and wildflower blooms across Western Canada, and the honey they bring back is naturally pale and thick. Drizzle never heats it and never filters it, so the pollen stays where the bees left it. What you get is a soft, mild sweetness with a clean finish - easy enough to use every day without taking over whatever you put it on.

Because it is naturally thick, it behaves more like a spread than a syrup. It scoops cleanly, holds its shape on warm toast, melts into tea, coffee and lattes, and stirs into yogurt, smoothie bowls and salad dressings. It also earns its place on a cheese board next to something sharp, or stirred into hot water and shaken over ice for a cocktail.

Store it at room temperature in a cupboard or pantry - no refrigeration needed. If you prefer a runnier pour, sit the closed jar in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Please do not microwave it. Raw honey can separate a little, the way natural nut butter does; stir it back together and carry on.

This two-pack gives you a 375g jar for the counter and a second one to keep sealed, gift, or tuck into a stocking.

Drizzle is a women-led, Certified B Corporation based in Calgary, Alberta, working only with Canadian beekeepers and hives kept away from pesticides.

Ingredients: Raw honey.

Caution: Do not feed to infants under one year of age.

Light, Delicate, Never Overpowering: Clover and thistle blossoms give this white honey a soft, mild sweetness with a clean finish, so it rounds out tea, coffee and fresh fruit without taking over the cup or the plate it lands on.
Stays Soft and Spreadable: Naturally thick and buttery, it scoops and spreads like soft butter, holds its shape on warm toast, and stirs smoothly into hot drinks. It also won't set into coarse grains in your cupboard between uses.
Raw, Unheated, One Ingredient: Never pasteurized and never filtered, so the pollen the bees packed in stays in the jar. The ingredient list reads raw honey and nothing else, with no syrups, no blending and nothing added at bottling.
Morning Toast to Cocktails: Stir it into lattes and hot water, spoon it over yogurt, smoothie bowls and ice cream, whisk it into dressings and marinades, or set the jar out on a charcuterie board with sharp cheese and ripe pears.
Two Jars, Canadian Beekeepers: Each 375g jar is bottled in Calgary from Western Canadian apiaries by a women-led, Certified B Corporation. Keep one in the pantry for daily use and pass the second along as a host gift or stocking stuffer.
