Description

Drizzle White is a light, delicate raw honey with a buttery texture, made from clover, thistle and wildflower nectar gathered by bees in Western Canada. It sits pale and thick in the jar rather than dark and runny, which is characteristic of prairie honey.

Honey behaves differently when it is never heated and never filtered. The pollen stays in, the naturally occurring enzymes stay in, and the colour and flavour shift a little from season to season instead of being blended into one flat profile year round.

WAYS TO ENJOY IT Spread on warm bread, toast and croissants. Stir into tea, coffee and lattes. Spoon over Greek yogurt, oatmeal, smoothie bowls, fruit and ice cream. Whisk into salad dressings, marinades and glazes. Stir into hot water, then shake over ice to sweeten a cocktail. Serve alongside aged cheese, nuts and fruit on a charcuterie board.

HOW TO STORE IT Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry cupboard or pantry. Refrigeration is not needed and will only thicken it further. To loosen the jar, stand it in a bowl of warm water. Do not microwave. Raw honey can separate over time, much the way stir-style peanut butter does; simply mix it back together.

WHAT IS IN THE JAR Ingredient: raw honey. Nothing else. Net weight 375 g (13.2 oz) in a glass jar. Per 1 tbsp (20 g): 60 calories, 0 g fat, 16 g carbohydrate, 16 g sugars, 0.1 g protein. Gluten free, kosher and non-GMO. Canadian made by a women-founded Certified B Corporation based in Calgary, Alberta, sourcing from Western Canadian beekeepers and supporting pollinator research.

Caution: Do not feed to infants under one year of age.

Mild, Buttery Sweetness: Clover and wildflower nectar give this pale honey a light, delicate flavour with a soft finish, so it sweetens coffee, tea, yogurt and warm bread without covering up what you put it on.
Stays Smooth and Scoopable: Alberta's floral sources give this honey a thick, buttery body that resists setting into the coarse grains raw honey can develop, so your spoon glides through from the first scoop to the last.
Toast, Tea and Charcuterie: Spread it on warm bread, stir it into lattes, hot water and dressings, spoon it over smoothie bowls, oatmeal, fruit and ice cream, or set the jar beside aged cheese when guests are over.
Never Heated or Filtered: One ingredient and nothing else, left unpasteurized so the pollen and naturally occurring enzymes stay in the jar, and so the colour and flavour shift a little with each season's harvest.
Canadian Hives, Giftable Jar: Sourced from Western Canadian apiaries by a women-founded Certified B Corporation, and packed in glass that reads just as well as a hostess gift or stocking stuffer as it does on your counter.
