activ-X for Women from Platinum Naturals is a multivitamin built for an active schedule, whether you train for competition, play on weekends or stay on the move. Each two-softgel serving pairs 20 vitamins and minerals with omega oils and botanical adaptogens.

The base includes vitamins A, C and E, vitamin D3 (1000 IU), a full B-complex with methylcobalamin B12 and methylfolate, biotin, iron bisglycinate, magnesium glycinate, zinc, chromium and boron.

Cordyceps mycelium and American ginseng root extract help support stamina and endurance. Curcumin, milk thistle seed extract (80% silymarin) and alpha lipoic acid help support recovery after exercise. Rhodiola root (3% rosavin) and grape seed extract (85% proanthocyanidins) complete the blend.

The Omega Absorb delivery system suspends these nutrients in oils: 700 mg fish oil from herring, sardine and anchovy (18% EPA / 12% DHA), evening primrose seed oil and borage seed oil (20% GLA). The formula is Informed Sport Certified, a program that tests for banned substances.

How to use: Adults take two softgels daily with food, a few hours before or after other medications, or two softgels 30-60 minutes before competition or workout. Avoid taking before bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. 120 softgels per bottle (60-day supply).
