Description

Sharing your home with a cat shouldn't mean sharing it with litter box smell. PetVet Cat Litter Deodorizer in Lavender is a baking soda powder you add straight to your cat's litter to help neutralize odours where they start, leaving a lavender scent in their place.

The formula is as simple as it gets: sodium bicarbonate and lavender scent. That's the full ingredient list. Baking soda is mildly alkaline, which is why it has long been a household staple for helping neutralize acidic odours, and here it's paired with lavender for a pleasant scent around the box. It's a gentle option for households with indoor cats and for owners who prefer an ingredient list they can read at a glance.

Because it works inside the litter rather than in the air around it, it's a practical fit for apartments, condos and smaller homes where the litter box sits close to living space, whether that's a laundry room, bathroom, hallway nook or basement corner. There's no need to switch litters, either. It's made for use with clay or clumping litter, so you can keep the litter your cat is already used to.

How to use: Clay litter: Cover the bottom of the freshly emptied litter box, then fill with litter as usual. Clumping litter: After scooping thoroughly, sprinkle on top of the litter and mix it in.

Keep the jar next to your litter scoop so freshening becomes part of the routine you already have. Each time you scoop or change the litter, a quick sprinkle helps keep the area smelling more like lavender and less like the litter box. Over weeks and months, that small habit adds up to a home that feels ready for company.

The 1 kg wide-mouth jar comes with a lid, so the powder stays contained on a shelf or in a cupboard between uses.

Ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, lavender scent.

Size: 1 kg. Made in Canada by PetVet. Bilingual English/French label.

Lavender-Scented Freshness: A lavender scent helps replace stale litter box odour, so the laundry room, bathroom or apartment corner where the box sits smells pleasant, even when guests drop by unannounced.
Simple Two-Ingredient Formula: Just sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and lavender scent, with nothing else on the ingredient list. A gentle formula for cat owners who want to know exactly what goes into their cat’s litter box.
Neutralizes Litter Box Odours: The baking soda base works inside the litter itself, where smells build up between changes, instead of in the air around it, helping neutralize unpleasant odours right at the source.
Fits Your Litter Routine: Clay litter: cover the bottom of the freshly emptied tray, then fill as usual. Clumping litter: sprinkle over the top after a thorough scoop and mix in. It slots into the routine you already have.
Canadian-Made 1 kg Jar: A 1 kg wide-mouth jar with a lid keeps a ready supply on the shelf beside the litter box, so there’s always some on hand at the next change. Made in Canada by PetVet, with a bilingual English/French label.
