Ginger Shine is Drizzle's raw Canadian honey infused with organic ginger and lemon - warm and citrus-bright, with a soft floral finish from elderflower, chamomile and lemon verbena. Six ingredients, nothing artificial, nothing added for shelf life.
The honey is never heated, pasteurized or filtered, so it keeps the colour, aroma and creamy texture it had in the hive. The ginger and lemon are infused into the honey itself rather than stirred in as loose powder, so it dissolves cleanly into a hot drink instead of settling at the bottom of the mug.
Ways to use it: stir a spoonful into black or herbal tea, coffee, or hot water with a squeeze of lemon. Spread it on toast, sourdough or a warm scone. Swirl it through yogurt, oatmeal or a smoothie.
