Drizzle Cinnamon Spiced Raw Honey is raw Canadian honey blended with organic cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice. The result is the warm, aromatic spicing of holiday baking in a form you can spoon, spread or stir.

The spice is generous rather than subtle. Cinnamon comes through first, with clove and nutmeg behind it and allspice rounding the finish, so it holds its own in a strong coffee or a cup of black tea without disappearing.

Ways to use it: stir a spoonful into coffee, chai, lattes or tea in place of syrup or sweetened creamer; spread it on toast, sourdough, scones or a warm bagel; swirl it through oatmeal, porridge or plain yogurt; spoon it over vanilla ice cream; or warm it over baked brie with crushed walnuts for a cheese board.

Because this honey is never heated, pasteurized or filtered, it behaves the way raw honey does. It thickens, firms and develops fine grains over time, and cold rooms speed that up. If your jar arrives firm or sets in the pantry, stand the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and stir. It returns to a soft, pourable drizzle. A firm jar is not a spoiled jar.
