Drizzle Cacao Luxe is raw Canadian honey infused with four whole-food ingredients: organic fair trade cacao, organic Ceylon (true) cinnamon, organic lucuma and natural Madagascar vanilla extract. Nothing artificial, nothing added to thin it out.

The flavour is honey-forward. You get the floral depth of unpasteurized honey first, then a warm cacao-and-cinnamon note behind it, with vanilla on the finish. If you are expecting a chocolate spread, this is not that. It is honey that happens to taste of chocolate and spice, and the cinnamon comes through clearly.

Texture is thick and semi-soft, closer to spoonable than pourable. That is what raw, unheated honey does. Leave the jar at room temperature, or warm a spoon, and it loosens in seconds. It stirs into hot coffee, espresso and tea, spreads over toast and warm croissants, and finishes Greek yogurt, steel-cut oats, pancakes, roasted almonds, strawberries and cheese boards. A small spoonful also glazes a cake or a tray of roasted carrots.

Because it is concentrated, you use less than you would with everyday liquid honey, and the 350 g glass jar goes a long way.

Made in Calgary, Alberta by a certified B Corporation using bee-friendly, sustainably sourced practices. Non-GMO, gluten-free, certified kosher (COR), with no artificial ingredients or preservatives.

Storage and safety: store sealed at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Raw honey naturally crystallizes; place the jar in warm water to return it to a softer texture. Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.

Honey First, Chocolate Second: Real raw honey leads, with organic fair trade cacao and Ceylon cinnamon layered behind it and a finish of Madagascar vanilla. Expect a warm chocolate-spice note through the honey, not a sugary chocolate spread.
A Little Goes Far: Thick and spoonable rather than runny, so a small spoonful carries a whole coffee or a bowl of oats. The 350 g glass jar stretches further than its size suggests, and it keeps on the counter without refrigeration.
Raw, Unheated, Unfiltered: Never pasteurized, so the pollen, the soft granular texture and the floral character of Canadian honey stay in the jar. It may crystallize over time, which is normal for raw honey and easy to soften again.
Stir It Into Anything: Dissolves into hot coffee, espresso and tea, spreads over sourdough toast, and finishes yogurt, oatmeal, almonds, pancakes and cheese boards. Let the jar sit at room temperature and it loosens quickly.
