WHAT EACH 740 MG CAPSULE PROVIDES Fenugreek seed extract 4:1 (260 mg), flax lignan SDG (100 mg), silicon (40 mg), iron (20 mg), pantothenic acid B5 (10.4 mg), niacin B3 (10.3 mg), vitamin B6 (2 mg), riboflavin B2 (1.6 mg), folic acid (95 mcg), biotin (250 mcg). The iron and B vitamins also help form red blood cells and help them work properly, help prevent iron deficiency, help the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and are a factor in the maintenance of good health.
HOW TO TAKE IT Adult women: one capsule twice a day with food for the first three months, then one capsule per day with food as a maintenance dose, or as directed by a health care practitioner. At two a day, this 60-capsule bottle is a 30-day supply, so plan on three bottles for a full first course.
WHAT IS IN THE BOTTLE 60 capsules, 740 mg each. Gluten free, GMO free and vegan friendly, in a 100% vegetable capsule. The only other ingredients are dicalcium phosphate and magnesium stearate.
